If your business cannot generate new revenue by licensing the N2 software from Altiscape, and/or save money to improve your business' net profit within six months, or make your business more efficient by either using N2 to consolidate your department efforts, or through using N2 to distribute network presentations to employees, then Altiscape will refund any license fees paid within the past 6 months to our company.

License fees include all payments made to Altiscape for use of the N2 software. The guarantee does not include any fees paid for contract work to Altiscape. Those fees are entirely non-refundable. Altiscape will only refund software license fees paid within the last 6 month period.

Any request for a refund from Altiscape must be mailed in writing and be signed by an officer of the business. Email requests will not be accepted. The request must include your last 2 quarterly financial statements from the business unit that licensed the N2 software, as well as one or two paragraphs on how the business attempted to deploy the N2 software. Altiscape will not accept consolidated financial statements. They must be exclusively from the business unit that licensed the N2 software.
